4 oz. chévre (soft goat) cheese
2 tbs goat buttermilk
1 tsp honey
1 tsp wine vinegar
2 tbs olive oil
1/4 tsp white pepper
1 pinch salt
1 tbs fresh chopped tarragon leaves
